Toni

Hello, it’s nice to meet you! As a receptionist, my duties are to greet our patients, answer the telephone, and make future appointments. It is also my responsibility to make sure the front office runs as smooth as possible. I love talking to our patients when they are done with their treatment and giving them our freshly baked cookies! At home, my Husband William and I have been married for 24 years and have two wonderful children, Michael and Toni Ann. In my spare time, I like to cook, read, and watch sports. I also volunteer my time as a team mom for my daughter Toni Ann's cheerleading squad.

Fannie

Welcome! My duties as a receptionist are to answer the phones, greet our patients, make future appointments and run the front desk. My favorite part of my job is greeting our patients with a friendly smile and offering freshly baked cookies straight from the oven! My husband Dominick and I have been married for 42 years. I have two wonderful children Nancy and Vincent. I also have two fantastic grandchildren Isabella and Anthony. In my spare time I love to spend time with my grandchildren. I also love to read, play pickle ball, and Zumba!

Melissa

My duties as a registered dental assistant consist of setting up and breaking down of our operatories for all procedures, assisting Dr. Levia by removing and replacing our patients' elastics, changing patient arch wires, taking impressions, and sterilizing all our instruments. I also educate our patients on how to keep their teeth, gums and braces clean and healthy. I try to make each visit a pleasurable one and I always take the time to listen to patients’ concerns and show compassion. I am married to my wonderful husband Michael and have a 20 year old daughter named Jessica. We also have a kitten named Haze.

Kaitlin

When patients come in, I greet them and seat each patient in a room. I also tell them what we are doing today, and listen if they have any concerns. I also teach patients how to keep their braces clean and intact by brushing and flossing properly. My favorite part of this job is seeing the smiles after patients get their braces off! I feel a sense of accomplishment when they are really thankful and love their new smile. In my leisure time, I dance. I started dancing when I was three and loved it ever since. I am also going to school to follow in Dr. Leivas' footsteps to become an orthodontist!

Betty

As our front desk receptionist, I am one of the first friendly faces our patients see when they come into our office. I also answer questions over the phone, make appointments, and take care of paperwork. I really enjoy meeting new patients and seeing their amazing transformations when they have braces. Our patients always leave with a smile! I've been married for 18 year to a great man named Lewis and I have two wonderful children, Rebecca and Justin, and a dog named Tobi.
